The way I see it
Is that this will come with a 30/60/90 day trial loaded on new machines like Norton or McAfee is now. So it will be preinstalled and running, its just when the time runs out they will be asked to renew like Norton. The Windows Update is usually set to auotomatically install and update. I think the dummy-proofing is probably close to where it should be.
