I don't believe this!
I surf various places on the net (newsgroups, irc, etc) for YEARS and all I hear is this microsoft-made rumour of a source code. However, no one that I know has seen this so-called leaked code. Every sorry article you see written says "leaked source code". Well, if this is true.. WHAT is the source? Assembly, C, Fortran, BASIC... who knows. I would like a CONFIRMED authority to say they seen this code and WHAT the source consists of....

Personally I think this a M$ hype. Why? This is something called "creative marketing". I could be wrong, but think about it. M$ has been getting POUNDED by customers and security issues. What better way to deter the public from all of their security mistakes? Make up a public story that a small portion of the OS source code has been stolen and made available to the public. THEN everyone CAN, WILL and in the future, put ALL the blame on this secret release whenever there is an outcry of security issues. Those M$ marketing think-tanks are good!

Can you smell B**L S**T!
