Not a WIndows virus, an Outlook virus.
Even if you insist on using Windows you can still dump the center of all Windows viruses, ie. Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.

Get Mozilla, it's better at both browsing and e-mail and you get built-in immunity from all this virus/worm stuff. As a bonus you also get rid of the pop-ups and banner ads.

This isn't fanaticism, it's a simple fact. Use Mozilla for a week and Internet Explorer will feel totally brain dead. If you haven't tried Mozilla yet then maybe YOU are the fanatic.
