I agree with 5th Limb
Right now there is almost NOWHERE you can go without winding up on video tape. As you walk through the city, just about any city, you will be recorded by ATMs, store video survailence (sp?), traffic light cameras, etc. Maybe in a residential area you aren't being caught on tape. As long as noone in the neighborhood has a security system with video. Oh, I almost forgot about all the webcams people have set up. There are plenty of people that have them aimed at the street just so you could see what is going on in the neighborhood. Also weather cams and traffic cams. Do a search on live cams. I spent about an hour just checking out streets in NYC. It was interesting. People will do a lot of stuff when they think that they are not being watched. LOL. These live cams are all over the place, so think twice before you scratch your butt.

I did not come up with this on my own. There was a story on this a few years ago. And I bet since then there are more cameras than ever.

This will just make it easier for them to track whoever they want to. Now they wouldn't have to sit and go through tons of video to find you. They will know where you were and when. Then there will be a whole lot less video to go over.
