So I repeat then, what is the PURPOSE of issuing this then?

Which is EXACTLY what is going to happen! Think this database won't be hacked? Think big industry won't be regularly accessing this in order to push themselves into your life more?

Ummm NO. We need an INTELLIGENT REASON why this is "needed"..

Great, so this is yet another reason NOT to issue this..
