Can't patch stupidity
This isn't a flaw in OS X's design - OS X asks for the admin
password when the user tries to run this. Basically to be hurt by
this the user has to help (by supplying the password).

Windows users will get this kind of help with Vista. Basically this is
"social engineering" (tricking the user) not exploiting a "flaw" in OS
X.
