they mean businesses with professionals
who are security specialists, not home users with 1 or 2 pc's who think that because MS issues a patch or a new AV database comes out, that they are "well-educated when it comes to security threats". They mean people who can stop these problems before you read a bulletin from MS. You know, IT Professionals, not some kid on a machine sitting in their room. Other than that, Kudo's to you for reading security bulletins.
