- ISPs can stop this stuff
- ISPs should block windows executable attachments. Microsoft should help them if they need it. People who are attacked by these email viruses should sue them for not doing this. It is impossible to keep every Windows PC on the planet up to date on virus definitions, especially because the individual users don't care because it does not affect them directly.
