Answers--it was Office Max
My husband had his debit card shut off.
He happened to get the right person at BofA who told him it was Office Max. Office Max prints the debit cards for BofA and lost a bunch of numbers when BofA audited them so those numbers were shut off.
BofA did not notify us of the shut off. Further, he was told a debit card is in the mail. After F-ing up so royaly, wouldn't you think BofA would send the card next day. NO. It took almost 10 days. We are closing all our accounts after tax season. BofA sucks.
So whoever posted that note about its the persons fault and don't blame corporate america, you're clueless.
