Bank of Slackers is more like it

Bank of America is the chief reason I do not have a bank account anymore. They so thoroughly screwed me over that it has thrown me off of even going near a bank at all. I know from personal experience that customer service and security is NOT a priority for them. They would cash checks that other people wrote out of my account, bounce a check that I wrote, charge me outrageous fees for having a bounced check, and then refuse to refund the fees! You know what they told me? That I should have had extra money in my account for emergencies. like it is MY responsibility to tell the people to type sheeeit in correctly. And they did this consistently! It wasn't just a one time thing! Their excuse would be that they transposed numbers when processing checks. Well Dammit that was not my fault. They even gave me a hard time about closing my account several years ago and tried to tell me that there would be extra fees. After much arguing theyf inally let me close my accoutn and then had the gall to send me a letter and tried to tell me that I owe them over two thousand dollars!
So B of A having a security breach is no surprise to me and they can kiss my arse.
