OK...let's say the listen to me and my conversations

and they find that I'm not a terrorist but they do find that I am in
no way supportive of the Bush administratioin and mark me in
some data base as "NOT a team player"

Now I don't know this has happened but as time goes by I find
that in job interviews that I thought had gone well I do not get
call backs. Loan applicatioins are turnt down time and again.
My credit becomes tighter and tighter. I am checked and
delayed more and more often when I travel. My children can't
get a scholarship or into a decent school and later college for
some odd reason. This stuff occurs over an entire lifetime and
to me it is not obvious, at least at first, what is going on. After
all dumb luck can't be totally ruled out of the question.

Now I'm not saying this will happen but it could and that is why I
will always insist on checks and balances at all times. It only
makes sense to NEVER trust those in power cause once you do
sooner or later someone or someones will take advantage of that
trust. Checks and balances are the only hope for any of us and
our children to live free. Who knows maybe Buch and Co can be
trusted with this kind of power but once we give it to his
administration what about he next? and the one after that?
(Personally I doubt we can trust Bush and Co but maybe that's
just me) Sooner or later it is inevitable knowing the nature of
man that we all will regret this kind of overbalanced power to
one branch of our government and me I'd rather avoid that
battle by simply saying NO now. Everyone knows closing the
barn door AFTER the horse has left still leaves you without a
horse..... and a lot of work that could have been avoided if you
had only closed the door sooner.
