Wow. lets be honest here, anyone so poorly updated as to be running a configuration as outdated as that is probably still opening attachments from unknown emails and installing spyware on their systems so they can get free wallpaper or icons. This flaw wont likely bother them a bit as they are already likely so full of viruses and spyware they can hardly boot their machine.
