I just wish
you didn't have to pay extra money to the same company to fix their own broken software. I'd just as soon have them bill me upfront for the ongoing costs to keep the software fixed. Other than that I think this could be a good product.

At least the price is very reasonable if the number of Windows computers you have is divisible by three. Though I kind of wish you could opt to use it on one computer for three years, then you COULD just pay the extra $50 upfront and it would cover the life of the computer.
