Pay at both ends though? Like Cellphone Plans?
You may be paying to revice emails at a certain address and for your internet connection. You are probably paying "YourISP" but what if to send your mother an email you had to pay "YourISP" and "MomsISP"?? Maybe they could do like the Celphone COs and have free in-network emails. lol
