I always thought it was.
Yes, they understand the law and their strategy is what big companies will do. GM, IBM, Ford all drag their feet for a settlement. But the law allows this and it is our fault for voting in the wrong legislators.

All companies will do what is most profitable. That is the name of the game. But don't single out MS as the only culprit.

But that link is a blog. I want to hear it from the source or a media recording. Otherwise it is hearsay. You see anybody out there can say anything.
