Yes but should a search for "neuwagen" put...
bmwDOTde on the top of the search? THat is the point.

The whole Google ranking system is based on certain logical variables to rank pages based on their relevance to the initiated search term. If webmasters who are familiar with the logic system deliberately force their pages to have a higher relevance rating than it deserves, they decieve the public and the Google users get frustrated that they cannot find what they are looking for because all they get are nude photos of Laff*.

Google, to protect their users, have a term of use statemant that makes it clear that such abuses, when found, will resut in that page being given an automatic low relevence ranking by their logic system through set variable programing. This then gives the user all the other search results in their relevance rank.

It is in the best interest of the end users of Google to de-lilst the site until they stop deliberately attempting to deceive so that end-users get what they search; all new cars in Germany ranked on the term 'new car' and not BMW new car.
