The order seems a bit tall, eh?
I tend to think that this blacklisting is a high profile preview/warning for display. BMW is kind of a big kid to be spankin for this.

Meanwhile, Google has been panning out a lot of sand and rocks recently with scarce nuggets. Suspect their is some consternation there.

Now, being sort of a BMW cult character myself(Motorcycles and only old cheap ones, such that I'm no longer a favorite son of the fatherland: see airheads.org), this is familiar turf. WE are a bunch of bikers with pocket protectors and slide rules. THEY: The BMW rondell (trademark) has been fiercely and agressively defended by a hard core, Munich based, inhouse brand-polizei group for years, who might do anything legal to come out first in a search. There is also the ever-present typical German over-engineering. Just about guarantee ya that some guy in the Munich HQ thought he was a bloody Arian genius until today, around 6:58 AM...
