Personally, I think that Google
isn't cracking down ENOUGH. THAT is why all the junk is ahead of BMW in the first place. If all things were fair and equitable BMW would naturally fall into place at the top, but everyone in the world, including BMW, is trying gimmicks to get to the top and frequently outrank BMW.

Although someone probably pointed out to Google that BMW was cheating, you could do the same thing for all the sites YOU consider misleading (if you can prove it).

Then, if enough enforcement of the non-deception rule was in place, BMW WOULD be at the top, and truely relevant results for all sites would be naturally at the top.

Its up to YOU.
