your thinking of databasing everybodies iris pattern dont think so.
When your doing so to 'verify that information persists to its person then do so.

In the same way,some kind of aspect in the persistence of 'information as person ,should be considered.So that a person is exclusive conductive of its own.
'Governments cannot 'hear this.They can only 'listen to what is conducive to the lawful environment. Just the same as idea of 'information quantification - does not ''qualify ''information liberalisation,for its premis of mathmatical formula.
The persona of the quantification,and qualification are different and should be conductively represented so.
