When the poster tries to tell me that *I* am not doing my job. And I can shout here if I want to. I have never EVER shouted at someone on the phone and I have been sorely tempted to. My job is to help them, and however painful, trivial, etc... that job can be I do help them. Whether it takes me 5 minutes or 5 hours. You right now Milly are NOT my customerand replied to me. Not only that Your reply was both antagonistic and belittling. If you do not want to get a reply such as I gave you then don't reply in the manner with which you did. Now I should however apologize for leaving the fact that the company that I work for had nothing to do with his system and for that I do apologize but I will not apologize for my response to you.
