Why did his company (and you) allow any employee to run as anything more than user? Why did his company (and you) allow the installation and/or removal of security software? Why did his company (and you) allow the users to go "where he wanted and do what he wanted?" Why is this company (and you) being led around by the nose when the equipment, lines, IPs, etc. all belong to the company and not the individual?

The IT department (and you) should all be hitting the door with a fresh pink slip right about now.

Idiocies such as this deserve the consequences of their inaction. Grow some cojones and take back your freaking network - it belongs to you to use for business, not for surfing porn sites on company time.

Jeesh, when will corporations grow a pair?!?!!!
