Not where the server sat...
This was a server that sits at EDD, not HHSDC. Believe me, I work for EDD and we knew about this the day after it happened. I am just surprised it took this long to publish.

Interesting thing is that this server has the information for household employers reporting tax information and guess who is one of the people who reports household employee information?

That's right, Ahhnold. Giggle.
