Wipe sites off the map that are malware holes
An easier way to solve the problem of malware and adware is to wipe all sites that try to install things like this off the map.
Have a government, corporate or international agency that has permission to blow any site that has viruses, malware, adware, etc. off the map, UNLESS it is also a known good site, that just got hacked.
The 'known good site' provision would be a problem, considering that there would have to be people hired to surf from site to site, testing to see if a site has a virus on it.
