OneCareLive
I tried the beta version of OneCare. It would not do disc cleanup as part of tuneup,so I asked Microsoft for help. They said it was probably a third party cleanup program interfering,so I uninstalled the one I had. No change. Then we did clean boot troubleshooting. No change. Then they said uninstall and re-install.I uninstalled and tried to reinstall, but got a blue screen error. Then I could not uninstall a partial verson. Bottom line: Nine days of emails, and I had to delete file by file and use a registry cleaner, and there is still an empty file folder that is protected. I am no longer a beta user.
