I hate the smell of hypocrisy in the morning...
Jellyclock, the WMF exploit has been patched for a while now--and people who had their auto updates turned on aren't vulnerable.

If this were a Linux exploit your response would be "hey, a patch was released in X seconds! This is a non-story..."

Let it rest. This was an oversight of a flaw that took over a decade to be exploited--so it must not have been all that obvious, hmm?

To parphrase the X Files "The patch is out there..." happy
