Short order
1st flaw = AOL, which gave Nullsoft enough headaches after acquiring them and turning a good little player into a bloated like the others player. I remember when tech asst made me aware of the skinnable light footprint program when it was a 2.xx generation and so much without the system wear and resource tear of Real or Windows Media Player. It's only real flaw being stuck in a rectangle, or so it was thought, . . breaking free into freeform didn't help it much or maybe AOL didn't help it much (like their magical touch has done for Netscape over the years).

2nd flaw = whatever feature or flaw is discovered in the course of dissecting a program that does anything other than just 'turn on'.
