could this be a way to...
Could this just be a way for someone to 'monitor' the traffic? As in beings from above? Since the standards are not published, there for, no one has the keys to the castle. If the protocols are released, then some of the keys are released also. Correct?

I don't buy that someone has broke the encryption, if anyone broke it, it would be skype or someone working with them. Though nothing is unbreakable. I would think that Skype would have made a statement.
