Reputation of an e-mail sender: VERY BAD
Thinking that a email is safer (or more dangerous) than another because it *apparently* comes from some sender email address is EXTREMELY BAD (and it has beenbad since long).

Real spammers are almost always forging the sender email address.

Instead, it will be more effective to filter based on the sending IP (this is what RBL lists are doing, and it works accurately provided that your trustable mailbox provider effectively traces accurately this source within a "Received:" header).

If some spammer steals my identity when forging the sender email address, I will become a victim of such system if my email address is considered harmful, andmy recipients using such system won't get my legitimate message.

If some spammers steals the identity of a wellknown and trustable sender, then his spam will pass more easily this filter.

In any case, given that spammed mails are always forged, everybody looses, except the effective spammer.
