Lifetime ban on using computers.
Do we really want this cyberpunk dicking around with our computers, especially knowing the damage he's done already? Do we want him to have access to those bots that he can use to ruin others? It would be like giving an ax-murderer an ax to use to bring his victims back to life.

Ban him for life from using computers, or any other electronic device; No TVs, radios, Xboxes, calculators (except an abucus), phones...
Hell, just toss him to the ahmish and make him see what life is like without computers, or electricity, is like.
