He should get at least 9.5 years...
... if he used over 500,000 computers.
At 10 minutes a each to fix those, that's how long it would take someone to repair them. This doesn't include all the spam, and attacks he caused, nor the monetary damage.
Too bad though, 20 years old and his life will be destroyed, all for short term gains.
