Hey, no harm, no foul

We here at Sony have aggressivly addressed this problem from day one, providing rebuttals and patches to all customers. While we admit no wrong, we have gone one step farther and issued a recall out of the goodness of our hearts (and at a cost of millions I might point out). We also have issed a $7.50 credit to all consumers affected by out actions AND offered FREE MP3s of the music contained on these CDs, provided you supply your address, IP address, Social Security and credit card numbers along with the exact day, time and sales associate of your original purchase (receipt required for validation).
At this point any whiners still complaining are just beating a dead horse for personal attention. Let's all just put this behind us and move on shall we? We can tell by our sales figures that too many of you are not letting by-gones be by-gones and are refraining from purchasing our CDs. Shame on you for taking the livelihood of thousands of starving artist with your selfish attitude.
