I'd love to see RIM just say screw it, we just won't sell in the US where archaic patent laws and legal vultures make it not worth the effort. By the same token, I'd love to see Microsoft do likewise in the EU rather than turn over access to their valuable source code. IF RIM's customer base is confiscated in the US, RIM should still be the major supplier to the rest of the world.
