the fault of UPS. Mislabling by the shipper is a huge factor there. I know that material that is identified during shipping as being THAT sensitive is hadled differently.
And no I do not mean it is purposefully lost. There are ways to track where the information has gone and ways to locate it.
As far as the banks are concerned, why on EARTH would they want to mail it, UPS it, Fed Ex it etc... (how many companies for shippign are there anyway?) when it contains that kind of information?????
