How is the Government gonna prosecute?
Remember in the ninetys when two hard drives containing info on every type of nuclear weapon known to man and how to disarm them came up missing at Los Alamos? Or the State Departments laptop that some burocretin lost with ton's of unencrypted classified data on it? The State Department offered a $25,000 reward for the return of that one. Hmmmm, am I surprised they never got it back, don think so.

Remember we live in Bizarro world where the unthinkable is normal.
