Just how many hackers have access to a "tape" player? They have all but dissappeared in the PC world. Not only that, but WHAT format tape are we talking about? If its some reel-to-reel 6250 mag tape from a mainframe - then a hacker would be hard pressed to find a working reader.

IF the data was on a CD or DVD, then it would be MUCH easier to break into.
