- Some may say such punishment is way out of line, but it's not just the fact that they are irritating. Governments have to get dead serious (pardon the pun) about the whole virus/malware/spam/everything issue. They've made accessing the internet not what it used to be. Years ago the threats were few and surfing the Web was a lot of fun. Not now....tells us a lot about human nature, doesn't it?
