OSS becomes part of national security
MS has enough funds to under thier belt to host a whole army of security code penetration experts, and OSS is getting charity relief - yet for some reason I can't help but envision the OSS homeland security effort like a scene in "starship troopers" - hundreds of "citizens" charging down the hill laying waste to the bugs and capturing the brain bug.

The MS bug-squashing mission I envision differently:
Ballmer doing the monkeyboy, screaming "developers, developers", throwing tables and chairs while threatening a structural reorganization.
