Various reasons
* Our users don't run as admin
* We run AV and havn't had one WMF exploit detected yet
* We test patches before releasing them

Our users not having admin rights would kill most if not all attacks right off the bat as the exploits out there assume admin priviliges and die when they don't have them.

The WMF patch was only released last week and because we have 1000 computers, testing the patches on various machine to make sure there are no issues is a must.

Lastly, we force these patches on people's computers (they have no choice) and they require reboots. Reboots annoy people. Office politics is a bad reason to delay deplying a patch for a day, but it's fact of life. Releasing all of the patches at once (we'll probably do it tommorow) means only one reboot for the users.
