It's an element of Windows 10-15 years old, and now somebody - not MS - discovers that it can be misused. Somebody - not MS - writes a fix. MS promises to fix it 14 days after discovering what the themselves call a major bug. Poor show.

Many people writes to th eeffect that they belive that IT is like this, not even those paid by MS to write it in blogs and NG's.

Belive me - it is ONLY in the windows world this is accepted as being normal.
