You better beleive it!
Every word you said was true. As a merchant the thought of identaty fraud scares the hell out of me. If a fraudulent customer purchased and item from me and I shipped it to them and later found it was a fraud I would be triple screwed. I'de have to pay my vendor for the product, I'de have to repay the victim for thier charges, and then I have to pay the credit card companies for the fees incured around the fraud, not to mention the taxes,shipping, and legal fees. And the IRS and banks always get thiers first. Guess who's going to have to pay eventually?!!...
