- The service does drop off sometimes, their customer service isn't the best, But who else has such an incredible service to offer with instant direct connect. Nextel will continue to improve the reliablity of its network and provide an excellent broadband service within a 2 year time period. They also need to continue making user friendly phones that aren't built like a bricks.
