The President seeks to DESTROY the Checks and Balances.
Our government is formed with three arms (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) for a very good reason. It is to prevent EXACTLLY this sort of thing from happening. I do suspect though leaders like Adolp Hitler, Saddam Husien, Atilla the Hun would all agree with Bush.

Folks I never ever thought I would say this but for the first time in my life I believe it is time to impeach a sitting president. The man has clearly broken the laws set forth in the Constitution, he has ignored the mandate of the courts (even the scecret court), and is now trying to brow beat the Senate into allowing this to continue.

And by the way, has ANYONE heard of ANY terrorist having been caught with this spying on American Citizens? If so I sure would like to hear about it.
