I think my phone spam has gone _up_ since they started the Fed's do-not-call list -- I don't even answer the phone anymore unless it's a caller ID I recognise.

If all you get for handing the keys to the idiot government is spam "protection" that doesn't work, it's not worth it. And you know the first thing they'll do in exchange for this non-existant "protection" is start slapping taxes on every voice byte that goes across the net.
