Please explain the connection
The article is about the publication of a secret document that turned out not to be secret, in which case, the correct response from the Army should have been an apology (it's neither illegal nor immoral to publish unclassified government documents).

Since Mr. Clinton has now been out of office for several years, I find it unlikely that his actions (or lack thereof) had anything to do with this particular story. Biased intellectual elitist that I am, I also tend to assume anything published by an organization with "Conservative" or "Progressive" in its name to be propaganda.

Q: Why do Republicans blame all of the world's problems on Bill Clinton?

A: Because it would be silly to continue to blame them on Jimmy Carter.

I'll pick on Democrats another time (I disclaimed partisan affiliation long ago).
