This first of all is bugzilla where people like you get the oportunity to report what you think is a flaw. now this covers mostly beta versions and beta testers try to find problems and report them. most of them are beta and not even relevent anymore. I think bugzilla sucks I have tried to use it to report bugs while beta testing FF 2.0 and my report got reported as same bug found in sea-monkey. They have built a system they have no control over. But for anything as critical as the exploits for Microsoft they get solved rightaway. already at 1.5 stable firefox is fast at work getting 2.0 out. in the same time frame microsoft has done very little in giving the promised IE: 7.0 at their current rate IE:7.0 will be out while Firefox is at version 8.0. It is this human intervention that makes Firefox a much better browser than IE: the problem lies with bugzilla in the hands of over 100-million users. Again this has nothing to do with the security of Firefox.
