There is no exploit yet
There is no known exploits, just a bug that can make Firefox slow to start the next time or even crash it if someone visits a specially crafted site. Is the bug exploitable? Still unknown. Thats why Mozilla gave it a low threat warning. Its more of a "maybe" than an "when" issue if the bug is exploitable.

Also note, ZDNet, that Firefox 1.5 has an instant update feature where Mozilla can now push updates to the clients. There is no wait for the next version of Mozilla (known as a point version) to appear for them to fix this.

A work around, from what I have heard, is to just turn of the history.
