I have a similar setup

On a seperate email system, I have an very similar anti-spam setup, sans ClamAV (AV is done on the email system) and with razor.

As for the Exhchage system, we run Grousheild too. I'm curious as to how many peices of malware Groupsheild with catch after deploying the new box. Probably very few if any, but we're not going to get rid of Groupsheild. Two layers is a good thing.
