The Unpatriotic Act
America survived two world wars and a 50 year cold war without resorting to trampling the Bill of Rights. If "patriots" saw the need to change the Constitution they would do it via the Amendment Process that requires ratification by the People and the States. If "We the People" give up freedom for security what have we secured? The real terrorists are the lawless law makers in Washington DC who fail their oath of office: "to protect and defend the Constitution of these United States".
