Secret Laws and the Constitution
There is nothing in the Constitution that I have read that would prevent the existence of ssecret laws, BUT the Sixth Amendment would prevent anyone from being charged under them as they would be required to be published to inform the accused of the charges.

An excellent defense in this case would be entrapment and a demand for a jury trial.
