Yes I did Short. Do you understand the consequences?
How can someone challenge any legislation if it is classified. Even the reasoning behind it is classified. If you are denied access to a flight, the reason why is classified. How to mistakes get cleared up under those circumstances? They don't.

Since the FAA is part of the government it cannot give out directives that violate the constitution.

I am sorry guys, I am not about to have my freedoms ran over so you guys can sleep at night. That is what Xanax is for. By the way, some of those links are broken.
